Thank you for shopping with Decoded Clarity. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital products — all sales are final
All products sold by Decoded Clarity are digital goods (downloadable PDF guides and similar files). Because these items are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is completed and the download has been made available.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly or via a download link/email.
- You will receive immediate access to the product, and therefore waive any "cooling-off" period to the extent permitted by law.
- The nature of digital products means they cannot be "returned," and all sales are final.
Exceptions
We want you to have what you paid for. We will review your request, and where appropriate provide a replacement, redownload, or refund, in the following limited situations:
- You didn't receive your download. If your download link or file did not arrive or won't open, contact us and we'll resend it or fix the issue.
- The file is faulty or corrupted. If the product is technically defective and we can't resolve it, you may be entitled to a remedy.
- You were charged incorrectly (e.g., a duplicate charge or wrong amount).
These exceptions exist to honour your rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or guarantees you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot legally be excluded.
What is not covered
Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Buying the product by mistake or buying a duplicate of something you already own.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Your device or software being unable to open a standard PDF file.
- Expectations about content or results that differ from the product as described.

How to request help
If you believe your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, email us within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order number,
- The email used at checkout, and
- A short description of the issue (screenshots help).
